Full-time

Graduate Product Management

Our Product Graduate Program is focused on helping grow the next generation of product thinkers and doers. During this 12 months program you will learn about all areas of the business, develop product fundamentals, exercise customer empathy, and gain hands-on learning. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented entrepreneurs, product leaders and engineers in the industry, as well as collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations and customer support to bring your ideas to life.

Starting in September 2024, the graduate program lasts 12 months. During that time you will be given opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally, through mentorship, global experience, and applied learning. You will be working with multiple domains across Mollie to gain a holistic view of the different types of product developments PMs can encounter. You will collaborate on big projects with experienced Product Managers and get the opportunity to lead your own deliverables.

This is a chance to learn concretely what the role of Product Manager entails in a fast growing company. You will also experience the way teams collaborate across an organisation, and complete an end-to-end assignment in each area you will work with. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take technical- and soft-skill training while being paired with a mentor to support you through your learning journey.

About us

We feel that banking has been set up against businesses for too long. From overdraft fees to payment processing, banking products are confusing, stressful, and frankly boring.

Mollie was founded in 2004 in Amsterdam. Adriaan (founder) wanted to change the status quo, aiming to provide a new generation of financial products designed to work entirely for our customers. Since then over 800 Mollie spread across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, the UK, Portugal and Italy have joined him in delivering this shared vision. We are already serving 200,000 businesses across Europe and we are only getting started.
