We like to be in control. That means knowing what risks we face with our IT, security, privacy and operations. Then working out a way to manage them. It’s really about making sure we’re doing the right thing at the right time.
The Compliance team revamped the Mollie Compliance Awareness training. The new training makes sure the organisation is aware of the responsibilities we have as a licensed PSP, the risks we face and the procedures and risk mitigating measures we have in place.
Revamping the User Agreement
Each of our departments is a stakeholder for a specific topic. So Mollie Legal worked with each one to update the User Agreement. This was a great opportunity to holistically review the user agreement and make sure it’s ready for the coming years.
Whistleblower process and policy
We’re dedicated to being a responsible and accountable payment service provider. So the Mollie Compliance team prepared and introduced a Whistleblower process and policy, available to internal and external stakeholders.
