As Head of HR, you will lead on defining and implementing Mollie's HR strategy across the various geographies. As a business partner you will advise the managing board on all aspects of the HR domain, from international pay rolling tot talent management. You'll play an important role in the operation of Mollie when it comes to people and will make fundamental contributions to the organisation's culture, development, and staffing.
