As Head of Talent Acquisition you will be the strategic TA business partner for our Management Team, advising us on where and how to find the best talent. Basically you will enable us to grow, with the best people.
We already have a strong recruitment team in place (currently 8FTE), and we are looking for a people leader who has experienced hyper-growth before. We need someone who can help us become much more data driven and who can inspire and coach all team members to do their best work yet.
Besides recruiting you’ll also make sure everyone knows Mollie is the place to work. You’ll commit to building the most recognised brand within the tech-industry. Or all industries. We’re on a roll and you need to be ready to take us to great heights.

The position reports into Ingeborg van Harten (Head of People and Places) and replaces Anna Brandt (interim Head of TA). During the interview process you will meet both, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
There is a strong preference for a local (Netherlands) or European based candidate. Relocation offered if required. We hope you'll join us in Oct/Nov 2020.
