Relationship Manager role is relatively new role at Mollie. So there is an opportunity for you! Together with your colleague you will shape this role and determine the best way forward. While doing so you will be for maintaining fruitful business relationships with our partners and merchants.
As a trusted partner you will advise new businesses on how to implement our payment solution. For existing clients you will analyse and help optimise their payment processes. You will be looking for new opportunities and ways to help our merchants and partners grow. You don’t mind to travel because you will visit these clients on a regular basis at their office or at events. Many of our larger merchants are enterprise level so expect C-level meetings on a regular basis.
Our rockstar commercial team in Amsterdam consists of 7 people. We are spread around Sales, Partnerships or Relationship Management department . We will work together to translate the needs and wants of our most important clients to the rest of the company.
