Growth Marketing Coordinator

At Mollie, Growth Marketing is critical to increasing our new customer base. You’ll work alongside a team of specialists focused on a range of digital marketing disciplines including paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and website performance. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing paid media campaigns and analysing performance data to identify the best levers for growth across the customer journey.


You will primarily be helping our paid media manager set up and optimise our paid search and paid social campaigns, but we're looking for someone who is willing to help out when necessary across our other growth marketing disciplines. This might include setting up email marketing journeys, creating reports, publishing content on our website, or exploring new digital channels to test. We don't expect you to have all of these skills when you join, but if you are endlessly curious, eager to learn new skills, and able to think beyond a single-channel approach, we're looking for you! 

 


What you'll be doing

  • Working with our product marketing, global content, and local marketing teams to set up and execute performance marketing campaigns in Google, Facebook, & LinkedIn 

  • Sending email communications to customers, partners, and leads & optimising nurture journeys via Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Identifying key insights from marketing performance data in Looker & Google Analytics

  • Exploring & testing new tactics and channels to increase customer acquisition



What you'll bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably with some Google Ads experience

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 

  • Fluent in English, native in Dutch, German, or French is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly with stakeholders 

  • Hands-on mentality with a positive attitude

  • Curious with a hunger to learn

  • Resilience and the ability to work in fast-paced environments

  • Experience working in a B2B, SaaS, or Fintech company is a plus
