Join Mollie at an exciting growth stage both for the company and UK team. In this generalist marketing role, youβll play a key role in-field to put Mollieβs brand on the map, generate demand and grow our customer-base through creative, smart marketing across channels.
What youβll be doing
Make Mollie known and loved in the UK in order to achieve our goal of being the most loved PSP in Europe. Understand and interpret the existing brand and tone for our local market and spend wisely on brand marketing initiatives, media buys and sponsorships that drive measurable lift in KPIs (Direct traffic, Trust Pilot views, etc)
Evaluate inbound advertising, sponsorship and industry event opportunities and execute on the right ones to generate ROI and demonstrably impact KPIs
Manage our local PR agency and deliver maximum value from our retainer with them to drive media coverage and increase Mollieβs share of voice
In collaboration with central stakeholders, strengthen our UK partner relationships by designing and executing innovative, mutually beneficial partner-marketing initiatives - like guest posts, webinars, white papers, and intimate partner events
Contribute to localisation and optimisation of our global, always-on campaigns run by the central team for UK market - from email nurture to paid search ad copy to the /uk homepage proposition
Design and execute local lead generating campaigns and initiatives that reach our ICP - focusing on larger customers for direct sales
Work directly with our web, global content and design teams to localise global content - white papers, search topic articles, product content - for the UK market
Produce and/or write UK-specific content - from customer stories and news posts to copy for sales sequences. Being able to write content yourself is a big plus.
Help to define the ideal UK customer lifecycle journey and work with others across the business to implement and optimise assets and touch points
Take ownership of the /uk brand of our website; work with central stakeholders to analyse and act on insights and support other Mollies to make strategic updates (i.e. changes to user agreement)
Take responsibility, along with the UK MD and our legal and compliance teams, for ensuring FCA compliance across marketing output and touchpoints
What youβll bring
5+ years marketing experience - including B2B
Varied background across marketing disciplines including demand generation, integrated marketing, and performance marketing
Ambitious and flexible; can-do attitude for a fast-paced scale-up environment
Strong project management, collaboration and communication skills
Ability to write copy that is precise, persuasive and reflects our Tone of Voice
