Your Opportunity
As a Cards Product Manager you will be part of the Payments domain that enables our product and engineering department to scale by providing a rock solid platform to build new payment products.
You’ll be responsible for our end to end card offering. This includes card platform, card processing capabilities, processing global and local card schemes, optimisation tools such as smart routing and more! In this unique challenger you will work with our most skilled engineers and be a key point of contact for everything cards at Mollie! You will become inevitable part of organisation working closely with the rest of Mollie organisation including commerce, compliance, legal and operations
The role
You will join a highly energised team of product managers and engineers from various backgrounds. Your team will be a good mix of engineers of various skill levels, including some of our most experienced colleagues.
You will lead cards products and understand acquiring challenges, have an extreme attention to detail and can concisely communicate complex concepts.
You will follow the latest developments in the industry and continuously keep your knowledge up to date.
You will focus on the product strategy and competitiveness while improving our cards platform, processes and tooling in order to deliver a scalable cards offering
You’ll monitor product performance using key metrics and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
What you'll bring
5+ years of Product Management experience in a fintech environment
Ability to lead product teams with multiple stakeholders
Experience defining longer term strategy and aligning with the senior management
Familiarity with the terms like card scheme compliance, network tokenization, SCA optimization, etc.
Ability to gather insights, conduct market research, and perform competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Experience driving the product roadmap, setting clear objectives and prioritising feature enhancements.
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication in English and organisational skills
