Mollie is seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our dynamic Commerce Operations & Automation team. As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration and optimisation of our Salesforce platform and other key internal systems. You will work closely with various stakeholders in the Commerce Optimisation domain to understand Commerce’s needs, identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative scalable and automated solutions that embody Mollie’s values of Be Loved, Be Bold, and Be Authentic.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet Mollie’s specific business requirements. This includes customising Salesforce to use automation to enhance Sales productivity and streamline business processes.
Integration Expertise: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications used within the company, such as Salesforce Apps and other Sales tools inc. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SimilarWeb, Chili Piper, etc.
Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Salesforce data by establishing data governance practices, data hygiene, and data migration strategies.
User Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to Salesforce users, helping them maximise their efficiency and proficiency in using Salesforce.
Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, customer interactions, and other key performance metrics.
Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the Salesforce environment.
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Salesforce certifications - Salesforce Certified Administrator as a minimum, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder desirable.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and configuration.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with payment processing solutions and the financial industry is a plus.
