SDR - Sales Development Representative

Your opportunity

You want to start your career in Sales / Business Development after you graduate from university? How about laying the groundwork at one of the top 5 Fintechs in Europe and joining our Sales team as a working student? We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Outbound Sales Representative for Mollie. In this role, you will be responsible for actively reaching out to potential Mollie customers and promoting our products or services. Your main objective will be to generate online meetings (forwards) with prospects for the members of our german sales teams. 

Part-time (20hrs) in our office in Kiel or Munich


Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and enrich leads, conduct outbound sales calls to prospective online shops and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services.

  • Build and maintain relationships with our potential customers and forward them with an online meeting to the BDM/BDR.

  • Meet or exceed forward targets and contribute to the overall sales team's success.

  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system Salesforce.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address Mollie’s inquiries and concerns.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the forwards and improve processes.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a Bachelor or Master program.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.

  • Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset and a drive to achieve targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

  • Fluency in German is a must. Good working English is important as it is our company language.
