As a Tech Talent Acquisition Business Partner you can expect to be hands-on when it comes to active sourcing and managing interview processes but you’ll also work more strategically on creating effective hiring strategies.
What you will do
Proactively identify, source and hire the right people out there who will help Mollie grow and build the next generation of financial services
Manage the interview process for your candidates and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
Utilise data to improve recruiting efficiency and report on hiring progress and outcomes
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with your stakeholders and become their trusted talent advisor for hiring in Lisbon
Evolve our processes to streamline and innovate how we work with the business
Help us build a strong and innovative local employer brand, by using a combination of online and offline initiatives
Contribute to or lead TA/ HR projects, which will help position Mollie as a Great Place To Work
What we are looking for
5+ years of technical recruiting experience and a proven track record of successfully hiring talent for software development roles in Lisbon
Demonstrated experience with active sourcing and strong closing acumen
Experience in influencing stakeholders and building highly effective relationships quickly
High levels of energy and a huge dose of optimism and positivity
Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities
Data-driven mindset, able to interpret the numbers and convert these into actions which improve your effectiveness
Excellent communication skills; a native Portuguese speaker & fluent in English
Team player who loves to bring new ideas on the table
