Mollie is looking for a Commerce Work-Student (Werkstudent) in Munich who will dive in and support execution of a variety of programs to help us become the most loved financial service provider in Germany. What you'll be doing
Organise partner and/or customer-focused events for Mollie in Germany - from developer meetups to webinars to large tradeshows. Some of these events you will own, others you will work alongside and support
Plan digital webinars including supporting our speakers, setting up landing pages and managing communication to attendees
Track impact of campaigns and events using Salesforce (set up dashboards and measure results)
Create localised sales enablement materials, where necessary submitting tickets in Jira and working with our Central design team
Upload and create high-performing, on-brand content by uploading assets to our CMS, WordPress
Work with the local sales team to ensure eads are correctly assigned and nurtured
Take part in monthly calls with stakeholders across the organisation (a great learning opportunity)
With your gained market and customer knowledge, you will support the German management team in strategic questions and decisions.
What you'll bring
Strong administration and organisation skills
Appetite to learn how to use tools like Salesforce, Monday.com & Jira
Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master Program
Hands-on mentality with a positive attitude
Curious with a hunger to learn
Fluency in German is a must. Good working English is important as it is our company language.
Nice to have: Event management and/or content creation experience from a previous internship or voluntary work
