Your Opportunity
This is a new and exciting opportunity to join a growing and critical part of Mollie’s business. As L&D Manager, Product & Tech- Instructional Design you will be responsible for building and maintaining a learning culture within Product & Engineering, ensuring that our Engineers and Product team acquire and build skills, knowledge, and competencies that will enable them to perform at their best.

What you'll be doing
  • Identify and design learning solutions to support the Product & Engineering team’s growth
  • Work on the design of an extensive curriculum of learning for the Tech organisation, from onboarding through to individual and manager career development
  • Work alongside department leadership and the central L&D function to align on the learning strategy, in harmony with management and culture at Mollie.
  • Develop a comprehensive learning curriculum that incorporates multi-modality learning formats (bite-sized training, virtual instructor-led, hands-on workshops, self-study, etc)
  • Collaborate with vendors to support the delivery of learning and development programmes
  • Develop communication material to promote internal training
  • Review learning deliverables, utilising data to continuously improve

What you'll bring
  • Experience designing and introducing new content into a fast paced organisation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and take people on a journey
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
  • Experience with working with external vendors to develop high quality services
  • Comfortable delivering training to various functional groups and audience sizes
  • Ability to bring innovative Learning & Development ideas and proposals to the team that can improve team member career development
  • Good organisational knowledge and understanding of Product & Engineering - Tech Teams is highly desirable. A minimum of  4 years experience in tech L&D is preferred.
