Your opportunity
You’ll lead projects that will take our training impact measurement to the next level. You’ll be responsible for creating insightful reports, building smart automations, and improving our tracking processes so that we can spend less time cleaning up spreadsheets and more time delivering awesome training experiences. With your super powers in analysis, visualization, and problem solving, you’ll help create structure and make data-driven insights that will have a lasting impact.
This role is for someone who loves digging into messy data, obsesses about details, is energized by solving problems, and cares deeply about helping people learn and grow. You’ll build project management, teamwork, and communication skills while also getting your hands dirty in an exciting European fintech during its scale-up phase.

What you'll bring
  • Experience with BI Tooling (Looker is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Detail-oriented

  • Coursework or study in a relevant field: data analytics, mathematics, finance, engineering, education, or a similar field

About Operations

It’s not easy keeping up with Mollie. But as we grow, it’s our job to make sure we have all the people, processes, and technology to keep doing a great job. So we keep a close eye on our developments to keep us ready for the future.

Buy now, pay later.
We’re launching new, alternative payment method in partnership with in3 and P&E. And that means our Customer Operations teams needs to be set up and ready for success.
Faster onboarding.
With new tooling solutions we can improve our onboarding process for the merchants making it easier for them to sign up and faster so that they can start processing as soon as possible. All while within the Mollie risk appetite.
A more helpful Help Centre.
By creating clearer architecture labeling processes, we can make sure customer questions lead to the right Help Centre articles.
