Your opportunity

Do you want to set a new bar making it as easy as possible for businesses to start accepting payments? In this role you’ll drive Mollie’s customer onboarding product - striving for great customer experience, operational efficiency and conversion optimisation whilst minimising risk and fulfilling our regulatory compliance obligations. What you'll be doing
  • Leadership and vision: Drive the short and long term direction of the onboarding product and how we solve for the next chapter of Mollie’s growth. 
  • Strategy and roadmap: Own the product strategy and roadmap for onboarding customers and managing them throughout their lifetime with Mollie. 
  • Team work: Collaborate with engineers, designers, data analysts and stakeholders across Mollie to deliver business outcomes.  
  • Effective Decision-Making: Make and influence decisions based on data and tangible objectives to enable our company to deliver great products and services to our customers;
  • Help people: Develop and mentor other Mollies within the onboarding area and wider business.


What you'll bring
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related discipline, including both delivery and strategy. Experience with regulated financial products would be a plus but is not essential.
  • Proven track record of launching new products or features, where you have driven vision, design, delivery and owned challenges and learnings when going live with customers. 
  • Strong attention to detail with experience designing features from customer insights, validating assumptions, scaling complex user journeys, and measuring the success of outcomes.
  • Ability to simplify complex business or technical challenges for audiences across the business - be it a user story for an engineer, a product roadmap for the company all-hands or a strategy paper for the C-suite. 
  • Passion for solving problems, overcoming challenges and providing our customers with an outstanding experience.

Our customers know what they want. Our job is to listen, learn and find a way to give it to them. We have to be bold. Take chances, try new things. But this is Mollie and it’s what we’re best at.

Zero-touch onboarding.
We’re improving the way we bring merchants on board. Through a close partnership with our Operations team, we’re making the process easy, safe and compliant.
Financial Services that go further.
We just launched Mollie connect and Multicurrency settlements. But why stop there? We’re looking to expand our offering to give our merchants more flexible ways to manage their earnings.
Expanding insights.
By providing insights on things like payment methods and current sales, we help our merchants optimise their businesses. And now we want to take our dashboards to another level and offer them the best conversion.
