Your opportunity
The Sales Enablement team at Mollie is a core supportive team for our Commerce teams. Our goal is to support our Commercial teams to be as effective and efficient as possible in growing our business at Mollie. The team achieves this through several key focus areas: Commerce onboarding - helping new Commerce Mollies get up and running in their new roles; Sales skills & Product training - making sure our sales teams are well equipped to sell Mollie to our customers; Sales process improvements - refining our sales process and methodology as well as facilitating information flow through effective communication and knowledge management.

As a Sales Enablement Intern you will manage and complete key projects in the above mentioned focus areas. In this internship, you will develop a number of key skills including

  • Enrolled in an EU university following an internship program
  • Study major in a relevant field: Business studies, Media & Communications, Social Sciences, Psychology & Education studies.

You will  collaborate with stakeholders from our international sales teams, sales engineering, commerce optimization, HR and others at various levels. Your projects will include but are not limited to: Digital training & Sales Enablement content creation Work with cross functional teams and the Sales Enablement team to transform our Product, Tooling and other Mollie Commerce content into sales collateral and e-learning content library that would build up our Sales Academy and other Sales Enablement offerings for various commercial teams. Facilitate communication of business best practicesFacilitate commercial best practice communications throughout the organisation through various projects: eg. collect & distribute video testimonials on best sales  practices etc. Execute on internal training promotion communication plan.
