What you’ll be doing
- Lead the people teams consisting of; HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Internal Communications and Places.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for the management team and build strong relationships with senior leadership across the organisation.
- Lead continuous improvement in process, efficiencies, communication and team effectiveness across all areas to help Mollie continue to scale
- Build and execute on our People Strategy using data & analytics to identify key areas of focus and to measure the success of our people programmes
- Continue to foster Mollie’s culture and values as the company continues to mature and grow
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of experience in HR related roles, preferably in regulated sectors and scale-up environments.
- 8+ years of leadership experience within an HR related field, managing multidisciplinary teams
- Proven track record in the areas of HR strategy, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition and organisational development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information and ability to solve problems effectively.
- A strategic thinker who is able to develop HR processes further and leverage data to inform decision making.
- Ability to work under pressure in a complex environment and prioritise conflicting priorities.
- Proven track record of influencing key stakeholders and ability to build relationships.
Nice to have
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience of working in a regulated environment, managing Works Councils and working with the Netherlands Labour Law
- Hands on experience of working with Reward programmes within the Financial Services sector in the Netherlands
