Full-time

Content Marketing Writer

About the job

Mollie is on an exciting journey to become Europe's leading financial services provider. We're also a team of passionate people who support each other – and help make Mollie an (official) Great Place to Work and a company where you can meet friends for life.

Are you ready to help us on our mission? We're searching for a savvy, detail-obsessed Content Marketing Writer to concept, write, and publish great content that delights our customers and supports them on their Mollie journey.

The opportunity (in a nutshell)

  • You'll concept, write, and edit marketing content across all funnel stages – from blog articles and landing pages to creative campaigns and emails.

  • You'll be a key member of the content marketing team, writing and editing copy and acting as a dedicated guardian of Mollie’s brand voice.

  • You'll be part of the core team developing Mollie’s content marketing strategy, helping to plan, execute, and refine as needed.

What you'll do

  • You will be part of a small team focused on solving clearly defined problem spaces.

  • Write effectively across various digital channels, crafting messaging based on business objectives, channel, target audience, etc.

  • Ensure a consistent Mollie voice across all our marketing content.

  • Edit content, using best practices and techniques to engage and convert your audience.

  • You’ll help to execute (and even lead) content marketing projects and campaigns – you might be producing a new white paper one day, developing a creative brand awareness campaign the next.

  • Have a growth mindset, understanding how to measure content performance and use analytics to learn from our professional lemons and level up everything we do.

What you'll bring

  • Native-level command of English.

  • Exceptionally talented writer with a proven track record in content marketing teams, preferably for B2B tech businesses.

  • Detail-oriented with a skill for taking technical info and turning it into easy-to-digest, engaging content.

  • Up to date with the latest copywriting techniques and frameworks – and a portfolio that shows how you bring them to life in content.

  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent collaboration and project management abilities.

  • Experience in publishing using content management systems.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • A degree in communications, journalism, or a related field would be great – it's not essential. We also value hard work and hands-on experience.
