We’re looking for a proactive, service-minded Junior Executive Assistant to become a key part of our growing team in Amsterdam. This is more than a support role, it’s a front row seat to see how Mollie is operating. You’ll be in the thick of it, where things move fast and flexibility is key. This isn’t your typical 9-to-5 job, we’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn, eager to take initiative and motivated to go the extra mile when needed.
You are teaming up with the Leadership Executive Business Partner and play a key role in keeping the CEO/CTO organised, focused and prepared for every opportunity that comes along. From calendar tetris to event planning, internal coordination to confidential communications, you’ll be a trusted go-to person and always one step ahead.

What you'll be doing:
Provide administrative and organizational support to our CEO/CTO
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics
Help coordinate internal events, leadership offsites and team moments
Act as point of contact, both internally and externally, with professionalism and warmth
Handle confidential information with discretion
Bring a sense of calm and clarity - even when things get busy
