Your Opportunity
The Planning & Analysis domain is essential for empowering the organization with accurate forecasts and driving proactive decision-making that is aligned with revenue growth targets
You will be responsible for developing deep understanding into commercial business performance and providing the different teams with the right insights to improve performance, and make sure we keep growing at a high pace
Calculating and maintaining the commission scheme in place to incentivize our commercial organisation
What You'll Be Doing
Act as the authority on Mollie's Commercial performance, tracking key metrics, and relaying feedback to commercial leadership and teams
Serve as a strategic partner for the country VPs, helping them understand business performance and making informed decisions by providing valuable insights
Develop, optimise, and automate reporting using our Looker BI tool to support strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations
Conduct in-depth analyses to facilitate decision-making regarding commercial initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams
What You'll Bring
1-5 years of experience in a similar analytical role; experience in a commercial environment is a plus
Proficiency in conducting quantitative commercial analyses and root-cause analysis
Effective communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and presenting data and analysis to stakeholders
Eager to explore and learn about various business areas, including sales, marketing, technology, product, and business intelligence
Extensive experience with Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency with a BI tool, with a preference for Looker; familiarity with other commercial tools is a plus (e.g., Salesforce CRM).
Demonstrate curiosity, a willingness to acquire new skills, and maintain a positive attitude
