Associate Operations Manager

We are looking for an Associate Revenue Operations Manager, focused on developing, implementing and optimising marketing processes and using data and dashboards to make data-driven decisions and recommendations. You will be part of the Brand & Growth Domain and part of the Customer Operations Craft, reporting to Rick Emondts. 


What youโ€™ll be doing

  • Drive the design, refinement, and implementation of end to end marketing processes, driving overall efficiency to enable marketeers to ship faster

  • You collaborate closely with end-users to understand how they use the processes, in order to identify pain points and opportunities to improve

  • You are responsible for analysing the Marketing performance results and insights on an on-going basis โ€“ e.g. monthly & quarterly look backs, ad-hoc channel deep dives etc. 

  • You manage the business impact of data & process changes to the Marketing department, and communicate this effectively to stakeholders โ€“ e.g. existing data model changes and impact, salesforce process changes and impact, new data sources. You emphasise how business owners can leverage the new data for insights.

  • You support the enablement of marketing teams through e.g. process documentation, change management training, and delivering training on extracting insights from the BI tool.


What you'll bring

  • Fluent in English - another European language is a plus

  • 3-5 years experience, with previous experience in marketing (operations) and project management. Additional commercial experience is a plus.

  • Experience with MarTech tools required; Looker and Salesforce is a plus

  • Youโ€™ll combine analytical rigour with a strong business acumen and a drive to get things done

  • Youโ€™ll also need strong communication skills and an ability to manage stakeholders at all levels

  • Youโ€™ll energise the team with a healthy level of intensity and an entrepreneurial spirit;
