The Payments domain empowers European businesses to accelerate growth by expanding their market reach through seamless, effortless payment solutions. More concretely our goal is to help businesses collect and manage their customers payments by providing support for a portfolio of 30+ payments methods both online and offline. One of the key payment method families making our portfolio is Cards: the world’s favourite way to pay.
As an Associate Product & Delivery Manager in the Payments domain, you’ll be part of the Cards team. You’ll ensure the efficient delivery of impactful solutions to our customer’s day-to-day painpoints. From assisting with troubleshooting issues to assisting with prioritization feature requests; you will turn plans into clear timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution across teams. It’s a role with real impact: your work will directly support our customers’ growth.
What you’ll be doing
Lead product first-line of response for internal support escalation
Lead the delivery of feature enhancements making our product better and easier to manage
Contribute to customer performance analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Engineering to align priorities and remove blockers
Help with documentation, knowledge sharing and training on the Cards product offering
Collaborate with other Delivery specialists on company-wide initiatives
Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices within the Cards team
What you’ll bring
Experience in product delivery, project management, or technical support in a commercial or tech setting
Strong interest in payments, experience in online payments is a plus
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion
