Commercial Lead โ€“ POS Solutions DACH (m/w/d)

Your opportunity

As the Commercial Lead โ€“ POS Solutions in DACH, you will play a pivotal role in launching our POS products in the DACH region with focus on the German market. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive GTM strategy, driving and supporting customers and partner acquisition, and leading commercial activities to establish a strong presence in the region.

What you will be doing

  • Build and scale the POS/Omnichannel sales team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to drive high performance.

  • Lead by example in a hands-on role, directly engaging in customer meetings, selling POS solutions, and supporting existing customers.

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales campaigns that generate leads and build awareness of our POS offerings in Germany.

  • Drive merchant and partner acquisition by managing key relationships and engaging with high-value prospects and strategic partners (e.g., ISVs, resellers).

  • Create and implement a robust Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.

  • Monitor KPIs, provide performance reports to senior management, and adjust strategies to exceed growth targets.

  • Develop pricing models and commercial proposals that enhance competitiveness and deliver value to merchants.

  • Represent the company at industry events to promote POS solutions and enhance brand visibility.


What youยดll bring

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience selling POS solutions, with a proven track record in driving sales and merchant/partner acquisition.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling sales teams, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.

  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies within payments, fintech, or POS sectors.

  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and overseeing product launches.

  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach, able to adapt GTM strategies based on market insights and competition.

  • Hands-on leader comfortable with selling, resolving customer support issues, and driving growth campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of the POS ecosystem, including hardware, software, and payment integration.

  • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable outcomes.

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with partners, merchants, and attend industry events.
