Enterprise Application Engineer

Your opportunity

As an Enterprise Application Engineer, you possess extensive knowledge of administering and managing the most essential enterprise applications, including Google Workspace, GAM, JIRA, HiBob, Slack, Okta, Scripts, and more.

Your tech-savviness and expertise in working with APIs enable you to excel in building 'client-side' solutions. Thanks to your contributions, our current and new colleagues can work smoothly, driving the continued growth of Mollie.

To maintain our high level of support, we are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise Applications team and play a key role in managing and improving the Enterprise Applications fleet. By taking ownership of the Software/SaaS, Applications portfolio, you will ensure that Mollie always aims for the best solution.


What you'll be doing 

  • Elevate our Google Workspace environment to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity for our teams.

  • Managing and improving our Atlassian suite, enabling smooth project management and effective collaboration.

  • Administer, configure, and integrate our HRIS (HiBob) to ensure accurate data management, streamlined workflow processes, and seamless integration with internal platforms and external systems. 

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations to support future scalability and compliance with organizational policies.

  • Plan, design, develop, and test software systems or applications, including cloud-based and internet-related tools, to enhance existing products and create new solutions.

  • Enable solutions that consider APIs, security, scalability, manageability, usability, and other critical factors to deliver complete and efficient solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce technology spend and complexity, optimizing application usage.

  • Act as the escalation point and mentor for IT Engineers, resolving technical issues within the support portfolio.

  • Drive improvements, participate in projects, and continuously improve services to enhance efficiency and user experience.

  • Provide expert input in the design of strategic initiatives, focusing on the technology used and approaches to development and integration.

  • Ensure all applications and business automation platforms are reliable, resilient, secure, and compliant.

  • Collaborate with vendors to develop, install, and troubleshoot application systems, software, and development, enhancing the effectiveness of supported applications.


What you'll bring

  • A customer-first mindset, dedicated to meeting and exceeding user needs.

  • 4+ years of experience as a System Engineer or Enterprise Applications Engineer.

  • Advanced skills in managing Google Workspace, Okta, JIRA, Slack, GAM, Atlassian, HiBob and other industry-leading systems/platforms.

  • Understanding of Software/SaaS asset management and application lifecycle management principles.

  • Advanced technical troubleshooting abilities, ensuring efficient problem resolution.

  • Impeccable technical documentation and knowledge base writing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and with excellent organization, prioritizing a busy workload effectively.

  • Collaborative spirit, capable of working with cross-functional team members to meet customer needs.

  • Proactive in promoting technology innovation, researching and identifying relevant technologies.

  • Familiarity with installation and delivery of applications software using the development lifecycle.

  • Knowledge of Information Technology and Security-related practices to safeguard assets and data.
