Our Engineering Graduate Program is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience you need to succeed in a dynamic fintech environment. The 12-month program begins in September 2026 and this position includes two rotations of 6 months within our Data domain.

The data domain is focusing on making data available and accessible and supports all teams in Mollie with generating insights.


What you'll be doing

  • Analyse and interpret data to drive better decisions : Work closely with experienced team members to analyse and interpret data to uncover business insights that support the data domain’s objectives.

  • Data Modelling (dbt): Assist in maintaining and developing data models that power business intelligence. You’ll work with analytics engineers to create reliable, efficient data structures that meet business needs.

  • Reporting: Help build and maintain dashboards and reports (using tools like dbt, BigQuery, and Looker) that support both day-to-day operations and strategic planning.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, Maths, Science, Engineering or related quantitative field with a 2025 or 2026 graduation date.

  • You have an interest in working with various BI tools or SQL.

  • Experience working in a collaborative environment.

  • You are able to synthesise data into a clear story and relate those back to tangible business impact

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to haves

  • Affinity for data analytics and data science (decision tree, rule-based systems, classification problems)
