Field Marketing Coordinator - UK

Your opportunity
Join Mollie at an exciting growth stage both for the company and UK team. In this generalist marketing role, you’ll play a key role in-field to put Mollie’s brand on the map in the UK, generate demand and grow our customer-base through creative, smart marketing across channels.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Marketing Coordinator for the UK&I region. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Field Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives, events, content creation, and creative campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness and generating leads within the UK&I market. The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, good stakeholder management abilities, a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in testing and learning. They will also be responsible for managing the CMS for an up-to-date GB website in line with regulations and motivating stakeholders, particularly sales teams, to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
What you'll be doing
Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
Coordinate the production of compelling content, including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and whitepapers to engage target audiences and drive lead generation.
Own and manage content within the CMS (Content Management System), ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, partner marketing and creative services, to ensure alignment and maximise campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate logistics for events and tradeshows internally and externally, including related content as invitations; landing page and follow up emails, booth setup, maintaining guest list, post-event follow-up, and reporting on results.
Contribute to monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, partners, and vendors, to drive collaboration and support marketing initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
What you’ll bring
3 years’ marketing/agency experience, B2B knowledge/experience is a big plus
Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and events
Ambitious and flexible; can-do attitude for a fast-paced scale-up environment with a strong sense of ownership
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to write copy that is precise, persuasive and reflects our Tone of Voice
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including commerce teams, and external partners
Flexibility to travel as needed for events and other marketing activities
Nice to have - experience with Salesforce, Looker, Outreach
Ability to come into the office 2-3 days per week at least
Fluent in English
