About the role
We’re looking for an experienced B2B marketing leader to build and scale our Field Marketing function across Europe. This role is pivotal in driving awareness and consideration across Europe, pipeline creation, and enabling regional sales growth. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns that directly impact revenue, while leading a distributed team.
What you’ll be doing:
Leadng the regional Field Marketing teams across Europe, setting strategy, priorities, and ways of working
Developing and executing integrated campaigns across events, webinars, ABM, and comms/PR that drive measurable sales pipeline
Collaborating closely with sales, product, and partner teams to align marketing activities with business goals
Managing and optimising regional budgets, ensuring strong ROI on marketing spend
Overseeing data-driven reporting and analytics, using CRM and marketing automation to measure, track, and improve performance
Acting as a senior stakeholder in regional GTM planning, contributing to pipeline forecasts and market strategy
Coaching and developing a growing team, fostering a high-performance and creative culture
What you'll bring:
7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2–3 years in field, partner, or regional marketing roles.
Track record in tech, SaaS, fintech, or payments environments.
HBO or WO degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven success in planning and executing field/partner campaigns that generate pipeline
Experience with ABM and CRM/automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and demand generation
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner with sales, product, and external partners
Analytical mindset: you know how to track, measure, and optimise ROI
Experience in remote team leadership and project management
Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
Strong sense of taste and creative judgment — you know what ‘good’ looks like
Experience applying AI tools in marketing — whether for campaign personalisation, content generation, data analysis, or workflow automation.

Background in field marketing for SaaS, fintech, or payments
Exposure to comms/PR and event management
Channel/partner marketing experience
