Growth Lead - In-person Payments

Join Mollie as a Growth Lead for our new in-person payments product! Shape the go-to-market  strategy, drive partnerships, and guide cross-functional teams in bringing our product vision to life. This pivotal role at Mollie will ensure rapid implementation of changes while staying aligned with broader goals.

You will focus on streamlining project execution while maintaining alignment with departmental roadmaps. You’ll be the driving force behind project vision and execution, fostering seamless collaboration across the organisation. Your adept leadership will establish vital partnerships for program success, ensuring effective target achievement.

Here you will have the influence on processes, transparency, and stakeholder management within and beyond the program. Senior leaders will rely on your updates and insights to accelerate progress and surmount challenges. You will manage program elements, communication, and risk mitigation, all while operating across domains.

What you’ll be doing

  • Inspire and lead with energy, driving impactful decisions in product and commercial partnerships

  • Manage and grow in-person payments partnerships with a variety of strategic partners for Mollie

  • Structure, negotiate and develop partnerships contracts

  • Champion discovery, implementation, and communication of major projects and their roadmaps across Mollie

  • Communicate project narratives effectively to diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proactively identify and promote opportunities for program improvement

  • Collaborate with team, domain, and department leaders to define change direction

  • Maintain and manage complex project roadmaps with multiple dependencies


What you’ll bring

  • Deep understanding of in-person payments landscape

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills

  • Experience in Go-To-Market in offline payments landscape 

  • Experience in vendor /supplier management

  • Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
