Mollie is seeking an experienced, dynamic and ambitious Head of Growth for an exciting period of significant expansion ahead including transitions as we enter new markets, launch flagship products, invest in new technologies, and 10X our lead generation efforts through self-serve and direct sales channels. All of these changes will require leadership, strategy and executing from our new Head of Growth.
The successful candidate will have a technical background and hands on experience across most areas of growth marketing - especially performance marketing, attribution and analytics.
Our Head of Growth will play a crucial role in shaping Mollie's go-to-market strategy and marketing programs across regions in and manage an existing team of talented growth marketers. Key responsibilities
Raise the bar and shape Mollieโs growth marketing strategy, starting with 2025.
Own inbound lead generation targets and create a step-change in lead performance.
Manage a diverse team of growth marketers specialised in paid search, paid media, web optimization, SEO, email marketing, marketing tech, and analytics.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Oversee marketing data and analytics; own marketing KPIs and reporting frameworks, guide teams towards data-led decision-making and best practices.
Build and manage Growth Marketingโs annual budget.
Monitor growth marketing investments and report on impact to senior stakeholders
Extract and apply insights from marketing data to increase customer value,
Own and expand our marketing tech stack, including Framer, our CRM, and Simple Analytics - managing engineers and making decisions on future-tooling, investments and optimisation.
What youโll bring
10+ years of growth marketing experience in a b2b/SaaS org
5+ years leading a high-performing team
Technical proficiency in marketing data and analytics
Experience working closely with sales teams to execute successful ABM campaigns and lead nurture programs.
Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills
Resilient and composed under pressure, with a non-defensive attitude and the ability to positively influence others.
Willingness to embrace change and continuously level up the organizationโs marketing capabilities.
Preference for candidates with broader B2B/SaaS experience rather than exclusively fintech.
Has successfully led a similar transformation in a previous role.
