Your opportunity
The Integration Manager role is ideal for professionals looking to advance their career in Product & Delivery Management. We’re seeking exceptional candidates who love to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented entrepreneurs, product leaders and engineers in the industry, as well as collaborate with other departments such as marketing, country partnerships, operations and customer support to bring your ideas to life. You will be given opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally, through mentorship and global experience. You will collaborate on strategic initiatives with experienced Product & Delivery Managers, while leading your own Integrations as well.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and shape Mollie’s market leading position in existing and new European markets through our plugins and integrations
Define, build and deliver new integration features in collaboration with our product teams, internal, and external engineering teams
Plan, map, and deliver solutions for new integrations for both pre- and post-order systems
Own your integrations’ lifecycle end to end, including support and maintenance
Manage internal and external stakeholders and keep them updated on any developments within your integrations
Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends and technologies in the e-commerce field
Manage the budget for your integrations independently, being accountable for defining and maintaining KPIs
Work in a squad with a commercial partner manager, marketing people, sales engineers, and other functions like Procurement, Legal and Compliance
Be involved in the selection process and negotiations with new integration partners
Manage and grow existing strategic partnerships with current suppliers
What you’ll bring
3+ years relevant work experience as a delivery manager, product manager, or solution engineer in the software industry, preferably Fintech or Payments
Demonstrated ability to steer multiple projects from planning to delivery
Eagerness to dive into the details, find solutions, and take ownership. Project management, technical knowledge, and communication are key
You’re comfortable when it gets technical and are able to bridge the gap between commercial and technical stakeholders
Proficient understanding of at least one ecommerce platform and its ecosystem, e.g. Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Shopware, Bigcommerce etc.
Good understanding of a merchant’s ecommerce stack which includes ERP, order management, warehousing, marketing, and finance applications
Dependable and a quick study, you enjoy mastering new tools and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
A systematic approach to troubleshooting technical issues
A good understanding of tech company tooling, e.g. Github, Jira, Confluence
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web standards. DDev/Docker experience and Google Cloud Platform exposure is a plus
French, German, or Dutch fluency is a plus
