Junior Technology Partnerships Manager - NL

Technology partners are an important channel for Mollie’s growth. As we further expand through Europe, and with the rise of embedded payments, these partnerships are more relevant than ever before. Through their technology, branding and market presence we will come closer to our strategic goal - to become the most loved Financial Service Provider of Europe. Mollie has decided to increase its focus on technology, software and Independent Software Vendors (ISV) partner business.

You, as our new Technology Partnerships Manager, will be a key driver of taking our software partnerships to the next level. You are responsible for managing and growing your portfolio of partners, while leading negotiations with new and existing partners. These partnerships include software companies such as accounting: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)’s, food order & delivery, booking & reservation and marketing automation softwares. This is a revenue generating position, reporting to the Lead Technology Partnerships Manager.

You will be part of our Global Partnerships team consisting of 25+ partner managers. The global partnerships team builds and maintains relationships with our most important channel partners: technology, commerce platforms, agencies and integration partners.


What you'll be doing 

  • Expand our Tech partnerships within industry solutions, both with existing partners and with new partners

  • Manage and grow existing partnerships (upsell new products, churn management and day to day support)

  • Optimize partner performance through business reviews, account- and growth plans

  • Ownership of full sale cycle: structuring contracts, negotiating and managing partner contracts, go live, enablement, and more.

  • Drive new business and build a healthy pipeline

  • Work together with local partnership managers to implement best practices across our markets

  • Manage all possible internal and external stakeholders and keep them updated on any developments within your partners

  • Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the tech field


What you'll bring

  • 3 + years of experience in a commercial role in a SaaS and/or tech company, (B2B focused)

  • Proven experience in cross-border networking

  • Entrepreneurial

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills

  • A commercial mindset, proven negotiation skills and a solid closer

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal)

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
