As our home market, expansion of our BENELUX POS partner ecosystem is a top priority and we are therefore looking for an experienced Partner Manager to strengthen our GTM team.
Your opportunity
Mollie has been investing heavily in our In Person Payments proposition over the past two years, most recently announcing the launch of Tap - our very own POS hardware. Local Platform partners are among Mollie’s most important channels for scaling In Person Payments adoption. Through the technology, branding and market presence of these POS platforms, we will come closer to our strategic goal - to make payments and money management effortless for every business in Europe.
You, as our new POS Platform Partner Manager, will be responsible to identify, sign and grow the relationships with new and existing POS platform partners in BENELUX. You will develop strategic partnerships which enable Mollie to further accelerate its growth in Europe.
You will be part of our Platform Partnerships team consisting of 5 partner managers and reporting to Platform Partnerships Lead (interim reporting line- Head of Partnerships). The wider team focuses on e-commerce and marketplace platforms, agencies, developer community and technical integrations. In your day-to-day, you’ll be working closely with the In Person Payments domain for developing a localised GTM plan and commercialisation strategy for growing our POS partner footprint.
What you’ll do
Develop strategic partnerships with largest POS platforms and kassa systems in BENELUX
Work closely with country commercial teams, technical partner management, product and marketing to gather feedback and prioritize opportunities
Foster close partnerships with fast-growing platforms, collaborating on GTM activities
Structure, negotiate and manage key partner contracts
Set up performance management and carry out quarterly business reviews with key partners
What you bring
3+ years of experience in a commercial role in payments, partnerships and interaction with the POS ecosystem
Strategic thinking with excellent people-, project- and time management skills
Strong analytical problem solving skills
Proven commercial mindset
Experienced negotiator & networker
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal)
Bachelor's or Master’s degree
Office based role (3 days a week), with willingness to travel up to ~20% of your time to meet with partners
