Join the Mollie Marketing team to accelerate the growth of our SaaS partnerships across Europe. As Partner Marketing Manager, SaaS, you will work directly with our partners to help them embed, market, and sell Mollie’s solutions, from online and in-person payments to capital and other financial services. Your focus: helping partners ramp up faster and unlock new revenue streams.

This role demands a deep understanding of SaaS businesses; how they grow, how they segment their customers, which channels work best, and how they think about lifecycle, CPA, and LTV. You’ll use this knowledge to advise partners on their go-to-market strategies and guide how they communicate through their own channels to drive adoption of Mollie’s products.


Who You Are

  • Genuinely interested in business, with a strong curiosity for SaaS and technology.

  • Well connected in the SaaS ecosystem and quick to grasp partner propositions and business models.

  • Product-minded, able to translate technical solutions into clear, partner-relevant messaging.

  • Skilled in SaaS marketing, including customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and key metrics such as CPA and LTV.

  • Confident advising partners on go-to-market tactics, from onboarding and lifecycle communications to upsell campaigns.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Grow SaaS partnerships by helping partners accelerate ramp-up and expand revenue with Mollie.

  • Advise partners on how to communicate through their owned channels (websites, onboarding flows, email, in-product touchpoints, help centres, CSM, sales, and support).

  • Collaborate with Mollie’s Growth team to directly target partner merchants and drive adoption through joint campaigns.

  • Work with Product Marketing to turn Mollie’s solutions into compelling use cases and positioning for SaaS platforms.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.



What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS go-to-market models and partner growth strategies.

  • Ability to quickly understand complex propositions and explain them in simple, compelling ways.

  • Experience with tactics such as website conversion optimisation, SEO, SEA, Paid Social, influencer marketing, and cold outreach is a plus.

  • Results-driven, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
