If you're ready to grow, shape the future of fintech and join an ambitious, high-performing team, this is the place for you.

Your opportunity

Digital agencies play a pivotal role in technology selection for the ecommerce websites they build and maintain. The best agencies work on great projects with best-in-class technology, and Mollie's payments platform is already a favourite across Europe.

We're looking for a Partner Manager to strengthen Mollie's position among UK agencies and build a growing pipeline of new Mollie merchants from those relationships. As an individual contributor, you'll be supported by Field Marketeers, Sales and Solution Engineers - and you'll work alongside some of the sharpest payments minds in Europe.

Your impact

Your mission is to identify, forge, and scale the strategic partnerships that will become a primary engine for our growth in our local markets. You will become Mollie's chief evangelist to the UK tech community, turning connections into a powerful commercial force and laying the foundation for our success. You will own the partner strategy, source and onboard key players, and collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure we win together. Your success in establishing this partner universe is critical to achieving our mission of becoming the most loved payment service provider in Europe.

What you'll ship

  • A partner strategy for the UK agency ecosystem, including clear mapping and a winning playbook.

  • A strong pipeline of high-value agency partners becoming engaged Mollie advocates who actively recommend us to their clients.

  • A measurable lead generation engine, built through co-marketing campaigns, webinars and events.

  • Brand visibility and community presence, positioning Mollie as the go-to expert in the UK tech community.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and establishing partnerships with agencies using a range of methods — outbound sales, your personal network, social selling and events.

  • Acting as Mollie's main point of contact within the UK agency community, showcasing product expertise through a consultative sales approach.

  • Nurturing a portfolio of agency partnerships throughout their full lifecycle: from pitching and demonstrating Mollie's value, to building high-value relationships across multiple touchpoints and stakeholders.

  • Applying Partner Sales expertise to unlock the full potential of each relationship and generate opportunities through co-marketing, strong relationship management and partner management best practices.

What you'll bring

  • A proven track record (3-5 years) in a sales-focused partnerships role in the technology industry, ideally in ecommerce or payments.

  • Deep knowledge of the UK e-commerce ecosystem and an established network within the local digital agency or tech community.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset: a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and building something new.

  • Exceptional presentation, communication and negotiation skills, including comfort with public speaking.

  • A collaborative spirit to build trust and long-term value with both partners and internal commercial teams.

  • A strong personal sense of responsibility and the initiative to establish and promote partnerships while representing the Mollie brand.

  • A willingness to travel: partner visits, events, and Mollie's HQ in Amsterdam.

Mollie operates a hybrid working model. Our UK team works 2–3 days per week from our UK HQ in Liverpool Street, London.

Grow your way

You'll get regular feedback and performance reviews to support your development, with fair and transparent salary reviews along the way. Many Mollies move into new roles or take on new projects to stretch themselves, and we actively hire from within to help you take the next step.

No matter if you're aiming for promotion, exploring a different career path or building new skills, you'll be supported with the tools, trust and opportunities to grow your way.
