Planning and Analysis Manager (People & Rewards)

You will work closely with senior Mollies, providing insights and recommendations around resourcing, prioritisation and risk management. You’ll create insights with impact!
What will you be doing
People Planning & Analysis:
Provide data-driven insights to People Domain leadership to support decision-making.
Create and Administrate dashboards, analysing and enabling data spanning across the complete Employee Life Cycle - From the Job posting to the off-boarding
Analyse the required data to build an understanding and provide analysis on people-related insights (Workforce, Talent, Places and other financial components).
Present complex analytical findings clearly and compellingly to senior management and key stakeholders.
Rewards Planning & Analysis
Develop and implement advanced data models and analytics to assess the effectiveness of our reward offering.
Support the market analysis reviews to ensure our reward offerings are competitive and aligned with the industry.
Collaborate on projects to streamline and automate reward processes.
Business partnering:
Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of the People domain and Leadership team, offering financial guidance and support in decision-making processes.
Work closely with the People Leadership domain to budget and forecast annual reward expenditures and vendor spend.
Understand business problems and enable leaders to translate them into solutions supported by data and analysis.
Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives in the People Domain.
Collaboration within the Planning & Analysis Domain:
Work closely with other teams within the Planning and Analysis domain to ensure alignment and optimise support for the business's financial information needs.
Collaborate on data collection, analysis methodologies, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and accuracy across all domains.
What you will bring
You are a Google Sheets/Excel master, creating smooth processes around them.
Ability to interpret data into key messages and storytelling skills
Modelling scenarios on compensation and equity structures, ability to recognise and assemble resources required to deliver projects
Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Collaboration & relationship skills to partner with stakeholders, with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
You have an analytical and data-driven mind and an eye for detail; your work's result is considered and accurate.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Hands-on, a do-er and a strong sense of ownership (but humble execution)
Be eager to learn, embrace change, broaden your knowledge, and learn new things. You love being part of a team and always take time to support more junior team members when needed.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics/compensation/total rewards role.
Proficient in HRIS systems and with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Hibob, Workday).
