What you'll be doing:
Lead our product marketing efforts to drive the commercial success of our Connect product
Develop and execute the go-to-market plans for new products and features to enhance our proposition
Identify our ideal customer profile (ICP) and create key messaging by segment to drive new business acquisition.
Stay informed about customer segments, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape in your domain area.
Collaborate with various marketing teams (Content, Design, Partner, Growth, Field) to create assets for integrated campaigns.
Support our content teams in creating thought leadership in the SaaS and Marketplace space.
Communicate product news, updates, and enhancements to customer-facing teams.
Lead project status meetings, update relevant teams, and proactively close feedback loops.
Gather and communicate customer feedback to guide product enhancements and future product direction.
Work with central and local leadership to ensure alignment with the wider commercial strategy in each region
Become a true Payments expert!
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with experience in payments, financial services, marketplaces or SaaS.
Proven track record in a fast-growing company within a dynamic market, with the ability to handle change and challenges effectively.
A strong affinity with AI and emerging technologies – you’re hands-on and explorative with new tools to increase efficiency and impact in your day-to-day work, always looking for ways to drive smarter, faster, and more effective marketing
