Product Partnerships Manager

Product partners are a critical area for Mollie. As we continue to grow, these partnerships are more important than ever before. Through the technology, scale and market presence of these partners we will come closer to our strategic goal - to become the most loved PSP in Europe

Mollie works with multiple product partners to deepen our ability to provide merchants and partners with the most relevant and optimised products and features. You will join the Product Partnerships team working on new cross functional deals and managing existing partnerships, bringing significant impact to Mollie.

This role is focusing on building partnerships and products with leading players in the payments ecosystem. 


What you'll be doing

  • Manage and grow  partnerships with a variety of strategic partners for Mollie

  • Structure, negotiate and develop partnerships contracts 

  • Help to build and execute the payment partner strategy with best in class analytics

  • Deepen both the relationships with our partners and the way in which we work together through product, marketing, support, operations, strategy and planning

  • Be the first point of contact for partners both internal and external

  • Responsible for performance management and quarterly business reviews

  • Work closely with country managers, product and marketing to ensure smooth resolution of issues, gather feedback and identify and prioritise opportunities

  • Work closely with support to improve partner processes for efficiency


What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a partnership or strategy role within the payments field

  • Developed partnership management abilities and proven negotiation skills

  • Data focused mindset with proven experience in project management 

  • Strong communication skills with an ability to keep key stakeholders informed and consulted

  • Motivation and flexibility; can-do attitude for a fast-paced scale-up environment
