Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to coordinate content, organise events, and ensure effective communication across departments, from commerce to engineering.

Our team is passionate about technology, and we seek someone who shares our enthusiasm, dedication, and "get stuff done" mindset. You will report to the Developer Community Lead and be a crucial member of our mission to empower developers and grow the Mollie Developer Community.

What you'll be doing:

  • You will collaborate with product and partnerships teams to curate Developer Newsletters, focusing on updates, announcements, and insights.

  • You will oversee planning and execution of quarterly Mollie Developer Meetups, coordinating logistics, speakers, and marketing communications and social media coverage.

  • You will act as a liaison between the Discord community and the engineering team to ensure effective communication and resolution of product issues.

  • You will partner with local Agency teams to coordinate engagement with developers within agencies.

  • You will coordinate the distribution of developer content (guides, community builds, etc.) on social media platforms.

  • You will manage relationships with local developer communities and support the Mollie engineering team in organising related activities.

  • You will handle various operational tasks, including contract uploads, invoice management, and coordination with the marketing team for developer communications.

What you'll bring:

  • You have a get stuff done mindset and proven negotiation skills.

  • You speak fluent English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar role within a tech company.

  • You have a proven track record in content curation, specifically for dev-focused communications such as newsletters and social media updates.

  • You have strong organisational skills with experience in planning and executing events, including logistics coordination and speaker management.

  • You are efficient in handling administrative tasks such as contract management and invoice processing.
