We are looking for a Quality Specialist Risk & Fraud, who is a subject matter expert within our Risk Operations team. Utilizing your on-the-ground support experience and careful eye for detail, you will help improve the performance of Risk Operations by performing internal case audits and providing actionable feedback to the stakeholders involved.
Reporting to our Ops Enablement Team Lead, you will spend time examining risk-related cases handled by our analysts, determining the root causes of any points of failure, and addressing them to drive meaningful improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
Monitor and check quality and regulatory/business compliance for Event Driven Reviews, MRR (fraud detection) and CRR (credit review) assessments done by our analysts (future expansion to additional processes is a possibility)
Report on weekly quality metrics and play an active role in driving improvement
Deep dive and analyze to find error trends and root causes to give feedback on team performance and suggest improvements / training / awareness sessions as needed
Design and provide trainings where needed, with support of Senior Analysts
Provide quality insights to help Team Leads have tangible input on coaching their team
Liaise with various lines of business and regions to calibrate audits, implement best practices, and drive performance improvements
Collect and present data to management and to applicable stakeholders in reports and weekly business reviews
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years of experience in Transaction Monitoring, Fraud and/or Credit operations (at Mollie or elsewhere)
Experience in Quality Management Programs is a plus
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
Ability to work independently and spot opportunities for improvement and collaboration
Intermediate to -advanced skills with Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to energize the team with a healthy level of intensity and an entrepreneurial spirit
