Revenue Operations Manager
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, focused on developing, optimising & training the commercial processes for our sales teams. You will be part of the Go-To-Market Optimisation Domain and part of the Customer Operations Craft, reporting to Rick Emondts.
What you’ll be doing
Design, refine, and implement end to end sales processes:
Execute cross-functional projects to implement improvement initiatives
Collaborating closely with end-users to understand how they use the processes, in order to identify pain points and opportunities to improve
Build simple business cases to justify investments in resources or tooling
Work closely with the GTM Automation team on Salesforce improvements where required to operationalise process improvement
Enable our sales teams, through e.g. process documentation, change management training and improvement of sales collaterals (e.g. pitch decks)
Define and analyse key Sales KPIs, such as conversion rates between stages, time in stage, etc., in order to identify improvements areas
You ensure alignment between the relevant central teams (e.g. analytics, reporting, CRM) and the sales department
What you'll bring
Fluent in English - another European language is a plus
5 years experience, with previous experience in sales and project management. Additional experience in sales enablement / sales training is a plus.
Experience in Salesforce and Looker is a plus
You’ll combine analytical rigour with a strong business acumen and a drive to get things done
You’ll also need strong communication skills and an ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
