Sales Development Representative

Your Opportunity

How about laying the groundwork at one of the top Fintechs in Europe and joining our Sales team as an SDR? We seek a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team in the Netherlands as an Outbound Sales Representative for Mollie. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be critical in driving our company’s growth by generating new business opportunities and connecting with potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our senior sales team members.

What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.

  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services and generate interest.

  • Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and purchase timeline.

  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the senior sales team.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce).

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outbound activities and appointment setting.

What you'll bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills.

  • Curiosity paired with a continuous drive to grow and personally develop

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • You are fluent in Dutch with excellent communication and presentation skills & comfortable interacting in English (required). We kindly ask you not to apply to this role if you are not fluent in Dutch.
