Your impact
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Polish market, you are the frontline of Mollie’s expansion into one of Europe's most dynamic e-commerce landscapes. Based in our vibrant Lisbon hub, you will be responsible for fueling our growth by identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying high-potential Polish merchants.
You’ll join a high-energy, international sales team where your goal is to open doors and set the stage for our Account Executives. This isn't just about making calls; it’s about understanding the specific nuances of the Polish market and showing businesses how Mollie’s seamless payments can accelerate their growth.
What you'll ship
Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the Polish market.
Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services and generate interest.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and purchase timeline to ensure a strong product-market fit.
Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the senior sales team to drive the conversion funnel.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring data integrity for the CEE region.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine highly targeted outreach strategies.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and stay ahead of fintech industry trends.
Meet and exceed targets for monthly and quarterly outbound activities and appointment setting.
What you'll bring
0-1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
Curiosity paired with a continuous drive to grow and personally develop
Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
You are fluent in Polish with excellent communication and presentation skills & comfortable interacting in English (required).
