(Senior) Brand Designer - Marketing

We feel that banking has been set up against us for too long. From overdraft fees to payment processing, banking products are confusing, stressful, and frankly—boring.

In contrast, Mollie was founded in 2004 to change the status quo, aiming to provide a new generation of financial products designed to work entirely for our customers. A product-first approach that our 200,000 customers can truly benefit from. However, this is just the beginning.

Your opportunity:

You will work on how we tell our story in a visual way, together with marketeers and other designers you’ll create top-notch experiences for the Mollie brand. Your creations span across multiple channels and campaign types - including digital, events, and print. Together with the brand team you decide how the brand evolves. 


What you’ll be doing:
  • Contribute to vision, strategic approach, and goals of the Brand Design team.

  • Shape and improve the Mollie Brand and how it is perceived.

  • Create and iterate top-notch visuals for our domains.

  • Together with other designers, copywriters, marketeers and other stakeholders work on creative concepts & brand initiatives.

  • Be entrepreneurial and a role model to push the status quo at Mollie. 

Some goals you can help us achieve

  • Tell our story to make money management effortless for SME businesses.

  • Deliver great and beautiful designs that care about the details.

  • Make our future tangible and easy for everyone to believe in.

  • Support the commercial teams to achieve KPIs across the website, email, digital and other channels including conversion rate improvement, sign ups, and decreasing cost per lead through engaging content and design.

    You know how to tell a story in a clear visual way that inspires people  in- and outside of Mollie.

    You understand that great design doesn’t happen in a vacuum. You involve your stakeholders early and often.

  • Ownership & Efficiency
    You take initiative, and don’t wait for others to make things happen. You constantly advocate and challenge decisions. You keep track of your own time, manage and prioritise your daily work and optimizse ways of working to unlock efficiency.
