Your impact

This is a newly created role with a clear mission: build Mollie's enterprise agency and consultancy partnership segment in Germany from scratch. You'll be identifying, engaging, and onboarding enterprise agency partners and consultancies – think firms like PwC and Capgemini – that help merchants digitalize and run efficiency projects. The relationships you build will directly drive merchant acquisition and growth for Mollie in one of our most important markets.

The German consultancy space is still emerging for us. This role is about turning that early momentum into a robust, scalable portfolio of 5-20 relevant partners. You'll have real autonomy to shape the strategy, own the outreach, and define how we show up in this space – through LinkedIn, industry events, and strategic networking rather than transactional cold calling.

You'll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and legal – collaborating across teams to drive integrated go-to-market initiatives through the partner channel. This isn't a role where you execute someone else's playbook. You'll write it.


What you'll ship


  • A pipeline of 3-5 onboarded consultancy and enterprise agency partners within the first 3-6 months, scaling toward a portfolio of up to 20 relevant partners across Germany

  • A repeatable outbound strategy for partner acquisition – built on LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and strategic networking that generates qualified, high-value leads

  • Strong, trust-based relationships with agency and consultancy partners, grounded in a genuine understanding of their needs and how Mollie's solutions add value to their clients

  • A performance monitoring framework that tracks partner health through regular check-ins and data analysis, continuously improving partnership strategies and outcomes

  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and legal to drive integrated go-to-market initiatives through the partner channel

  • C-level stakeholder management – internally and externally – ensuring alignment on expectations, strategy, and results on both sides


What you'll bring


  • 4-5 years of experience in partner management, with sales experience that counts – ideally from a tech company or consulting firm working in digital transformation, financial services, or a related fast-paced environment

  • Proven outbound skills and comfort with strategic hunting – you know how to open doors through LinkedIn, events, and smart networking, not just inbound leads

  • A background in the tech industry or consulting (e.g., KPMG, Capgemini, Aleph Alpha) and a solid understanding of e-commerce or tech market dynamics

  • Experience in partner management, sales, and contract negotiations – you can own the full partnership lifecycle from first conversation to signed agreement

  • The ability to design campaigns and bring fresh ideas to increase lead generation through partners – you think commercially and act on it

  • An outgoing, connector personality – you communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and know how to keep relationships strong over time

  • Fluent in German with excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable interacting in English (required). Please do not apply if you are not fluent in German
