Your impact
Our culture isn't built in meetings. It's built in the moments when Mollies come together, celebrate wins, share ideas and connect across teams and locations. As our Senior Project Manager for Internal Events, you'll own the experiences that keep our culture alive and thriving.
You'll lead the delivery of Mollie's flagship internal events, from Mollieverse and Mollie NEXT to Kingsday, Black Friday, EOY celebrations and team activities across our 12+ locations. These aren't just events - they're the moments that kick off our goals each year, strengthen our culture and help integrate new Mollies as we scale. You'll take ownership from concept to execution, collaborating with great people and ensuring every event reflects who we are: ambitious, inclusive and built to move fast.
What you'll ship
Take ownership of Mollie’s internal events from plan to delivery, with a focus on our two annual Molliewide events - Mollieverse and Mollie NEXT, plus some other internal event activities.
Project manage end-to-end: align stakeholders like, People, Marketing, Brand and external vendors around clear roles, expectations, workstreams, risks, decisions and deadlines.
Keep everyone aligned with clear communication, regular updates and collaboration via Slack and other tools.
Be the go-to person for external vendors, from briefing and contracts to delivery and follow-up.
Own event budgets: track spend, make smart trade-offs and find creative solutions to get the most impact within budget.
Handle the operational and admin side of events, including procurement, Workday updates, approvals and documentation.
Turn company goals into clear event plans: scope, timelines, budgets and priorities, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Learn from every event by sharing insights, improving ways of working and raising the bar each time.
What you'll bring
5+ years of senior-level project management experience, with at least one large-scale event successfully delivered from start to finish
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-location events in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Strong project management and communication skills—you know how to plan, prioritize and execute under pressure while keeping teams aligned
Ability to collaborate across teams, manage stakeholders and bring people together around a shared vision
