Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner

We started 20 years ago when we launched a more direct, affordable way for companies to get paid. That provided an alternative to the frustrating, overpriced solutions that banks offered at the time.

Today, we serve more than 200,000 businesses across Europe with an all-in-one solution that simplifies payments and money management. And we’re a 750-strong team of product, finance, support, commerce, and engineering specialists working across Europe – from Lisbon to London.

Now, we are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner to help us sustain and fuel this growth!

What you’ll do

In this role you’ll be a TA business partner to our Chief Commercial Officer, advising them on where and how to find the commercial talent we need to grow. You’ll be hands-on when it comes to sourcing, interviewing and hiring for sales roles at all levels. The focus is on hiring Commercial Managers, Business Development Reps and Business Development Managers.

Besides recruiting you’ll also make sure everyone knows Mollie is the place to work.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as strategic talent business partner to your stakeholder group: be able to influence, discuss, and provide insight on the entire Talent Acquisition process and always ensure Mollie is hiring game-changing talent at all times

  • Work closely with the aligned People Partner/s to ensure open and frequent lines of communication about recruitment delivery and ensure a deep knowledge of department activity

  • Understand key departmental objectives, challenges and team dynamics that allow for a detailed gap analysis to attract and hire the right profile for each vacancy;

  • Directly source exceptional talent for the business through the proactive use of platforms like LinkedIn

  • Work with hiring managers to build robust assessment and interview processes and contribute to the interview panel as a key decision-maker in bringing talent into the business

  • Proactively and consistently help to improve our diversity and inclusion initiatives within Mollie

  • Own, run, and deliver key projects within Talent Acquisition either as project lead or as a project team member (projects include: D+I/Assessment + Selection/EVP/Candidate Experience etc)

What we need you to bring

  • At least 5+ years of recruitment experience in a fast growing environment

  • Proven experience hiring successful managers and commercial rockstars

  • International recruitment experience

  • Proven ability to influence with data

  • Fluency in German AND English is required; additional languages always great
