As a Systems Engineer in the IT Engineering department at Mollie, you have vast knowledge administering and managing essential enterprise applications dedicated to user identity and access controls (Google Workspace, Okta’s Identity Engine, Terraform Enterprise, Identity Governance Administration, etc), and familiarity with SaaS productivity platforms such as Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, etc. You understand user lifecycle management and have a keen sense for autonomy and reliability of services. You’re a tech savvy expert when it comes to working with API’s, SSO via SAML/OIDC integrations and automations that enhance the user’s tech journey at Mollie. You’re not afraid to navigate infrastructure as code, in fact you prefer it, when building or maintaining user oriented solutions. Role based access controls and governance are at the heart of how you operate. To maintain the current level of support we provide to our employees, we are looking for someone to join the IT Engineering Infrastructure team to help all Mollies by managing and improving the IT experience within our application landscape. What you'll be doing
Plan, design, develop, and test systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.
Enabling solutions that take into account APIs, security, scalability, manageability, usability, and other critical factors that contribute to complete solutions
Identifying opportunities to reduce, or prevent technology spend and complexity
Act as the escalation point and mentor to IT Engineers and solve technical problems relating to user identities and access management
Driving improvements, taking part in projects and continuous service improvements
Provide expert input into the design related to strategic initiatives to ensure efficiency, and reliability at scale.
Ensuring all business process automations are reliable, resilient, secure and compliant
Coordinating with vendors in the development, installation, and troubleshooting of application systems, software and development to enhance the effectiveness of supported applications
Serve as technical point of contact to deliver IT solutions/applications based on defined architecture and requirements
Analyzing requirements, tests, and integration of application components.
Ensuring the system improvements are successfully implemented

What you'll bring
Customer first mindset with an ownership mentality
System Administrator or Enterprise Applications Engineer with 5+ years of experience
Advanced skills managing identities via Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian, Slack, SAP, Salesforce and other industry leading SaaS solutions
Understanding and experience using or deploying device-based trust applications (Okta Verify, Google Beyondcorp, Azure Conditional Access, etc)
Experience with implementing and maintaining Zero-Trust concepts and policy enforcement
Advanced level of thorough technical troubleshooting experience
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automations in CD/CI and VCS environments using Terraform
Experience with Google Cloud Platform application deployment (or similar)
Ability to automate process improvements via code/RPA/Okta Workflows
Extensive knowledge of RBAC/ABAC concepts and operating policies
Familiarity with identity governance administration concepts (IGA)
Impeccable technical documentation and KB writing skills
Work independently and organized, with the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members that are dependencies to meet the customers need
Promote technology innovation by identifying and researching existing/available or new and relevant technologies.
Understanding of installation and delivery of applications software using the development lifecycle
Deep understanding of Information Technology and Security related best practices to ensure the integrity and protection of Mollie assets and both customer and employee data
Nice to have
Familiarity working alongside audit teams and external auditors
Knowledge of compliant frameworks used in financially regulated industries (PCI-DSS, ISAE, DORA)
Experience maintaining or using Identity Governance Administration tooling (IGA)
Application programming experience using multiple languages (Java, Python, PHP, GO, etc)
HRIS systems familiarity and people systems architectures
Skills in data analysis and data hygiene best practices
