About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to own all Go To Market hiring during a really exciting phase of growth and transformation for Mollie, reporting into our Head of Talent Acquisition.
You will lead a small team of brilliant recruiters that deliver best in market GTM hires to support Mollie’s global expansion as we take our incredible product offering into multiple new markets across Europe.
You will also play a key role as part of the TA leadership team building out our recruitment centre of excellence, where we are exploring ai, new technologies, automation, and more, to enable our TA team to focus on human centric activities to provide amazing experiences to our candidates and stakeholders
What You’ll Be Doing:
Team management, leadership & coaching of a small dynamic team of 3 or 4 recruiters
Building top percentile candidate pipelines for business critical hires
Designing & optimising scalable processes and frameworks
Reporting to, influencing & advising our CCO, VP’s and other crucial stakeholders and hiring managers in the GTM domain
Employer branding and candidate attraction, particularly helping localising this for new markets
Enabling your team to leverage data & insights for smart decision making, as well as impactful reporting
What you will need to demonstrate in the hiring process:
An extensive track record delivering high quality complex hires in scaling tech companies
2+ years experience managing and developing recruiters and/or sourcers and, crucially, a love for developing & coaching smart and ambitious talent
A structured, data driven and creative approach to defining recruitment strategies and problem solving to help solve or prevent hiring hurdles
An ability to design and manage highly efficient sourcing strategies for complex roles
An analytical and credible approach to navigating business demands and influencing and reporting to senior stakeholders
Experience recruiting internationally and making 0-1 hires in new markets
Strong passion, energy and desire to work in a fast paced environment and grow one of the coolest companies in Europe!
