Your opportunity
As our Lisbon-based recruiter, you’ll be the driving force behind scaling our tech hub and strengthening Mollie’s presence in Portugal. As our local hiring expert, you’ll partner with the business, craft effective hiring strategies, and execute them to attract top talent - accelerating Mollie’s growth.
What you'll be doing
Identify top talent for our Lisbon hub, proactively building and maintaining strong talent pools through smart sourcing strategies.
Act as a trusted partner to your stakeholders, building strong relationships and supporting them in creating high-performing teams.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Leverage data-driven insights to enhance recruitment efficiency, track progress, and drive better hiring outcomes.
Strengthen our local employer brand through networking, events, and active community engagement.
While your primary focus will be hiring tech talent, you’re also ready to step in and manage GTM roles when needed.
What you’ll bring
4+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech hiring.
Proven track record in sourcing top tech talent and managing candidate pipelines effectively.
Strong storytelling and communication skills, you are a native Portuguese speaker with C1+ English proficiency
Optimism and a positive attitude, you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - you get stuff done.
Data-driven mindset, using insights to refine and optimize hiring strategies.
Growth mindset – always eager to learn, experiment, and challenge the status quo.
