About the role
Are you a student looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced fintech environment? Mollie is hiring Working Students to support our Operations teams on a flexible, part-time basis in Maastricht. This is a hybrid support role that offers valuable exposure to compliance operations and customer service, with opportunities for future full-time employment.
What you’ll be doing
Complete account screening reviews
Conduct website verifications
Ensure adherence to Know Your Customer(KYC)/CDD quality standards
Provide weekend phone support
Perform tasks associated with cards and managing online reputation
What you'll bring
Enrolled in a University & HBO (bachelor’s or master’s)
Fluent in English and Dutch, other European languages are a plus
Strong communicator with a customer service mindset
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently
Available to work weekends
Must reside in the Netherlands
